A clip of the Lameco Eskrima training we been doing in class this Month. Lameco Eskrima is one of the fastest growing Eskrima styles in Ireland, with it's straight forward streamline combat system. The training is deign into easy to learn modules, for instructors and students, no endless patterns, no forms, just techniques that help you learn quickly and will work on the street. We are looking for Martial Arts Instructors who would like to introduce this art form into their club / school etc.. or for students who like to train in Lameco by attending our classes or workshops. Our Goal

Our goal is the promotion and development of the South East Asian Arts not only in Ireland, but world wide. Our mission is to help keep these Arts alive, by helping to pass them on to a new generation. Over the past number of years we have set up a network where children can learn in our clubs and in public schools. Adult and Teenage have the opportunity, to not only train but to meet Masters at Seminars and Workshops. We have set up a Long Distance Programe and Training Groups so students who live to far away from a Teacher can still learn. Our goal in our classes is to teach and develop "You" properly, and in the shortest time. If you're goal is just to learn to defend yourself, or you like to experience and learn the full traditional art, or maybe looking for a way to de stress, or even looking for a new hobby, then we have a programe ideal for you.
