Lameco Eskrima Training 2010

Lameco Eskrima Training re starts Sat 16th Jan Fitness Dock Gym, Camden St, Dublin 10am.

This is a 5 week module cost €60 (C.S.I Members €50) There are 14 places available on the course. We be focusing this module on Combat Footwork Patterns / Combination and Siniwali (Double Stick). Training will cover aspects of Empty Hands Defences / Knife Defence / Stick Defences. This course is open to all levels and first timers, all are welcome. Our Goal

Our goal is the promotion and development of the South East Asian Arts not only in Ireland, but world wide. Our mission is to help keep these Arts alive, by helping to pass them on to a new generation. Over the past number of years we have set up a network where children can learn in our clubs and in public schools. Adult and Teenage have the opportunity, to not only train but to meet Masters at Seminars and Workshops. We have set up a Long Distance Programe and Training Groups so students who live to far away from a Teacher can still learn. Our goal in our classes is to teach and develop "You" properly, and in the shortest time. If you're goal is just to learn to defend yourself, or you like to experience and learn the full traditional art, or maybe looking for a way to de stress, or even looking for a new hobby, then we have a programe ideal for you.
