Kali Roots

Hi, I just wanted to share this clip from the "Kali Root" Dvd. On this Dvd my Teacher Guru Felix is teaching various aspects of Empty Hands, Stick, Sword and Gun Disarms. Guru Felix is a superb teacher and his style of Lameco is a very direct combat system. If you like what you see I would recommend getting this Dvd and get along to one of our classes to experience the Art.

Our Goal

Our goal is the promotion and development of the South East Asian Arts not only in Ireland, but world wide. Our mission is to help keep these Arts alive, by helping to pass them on to a new generation. Over the past number of years we have set up a network where children can learn in our clubs and in public schools. Adult and Teenage have the opportunity, to not only train but to meet Masters at Seminars and Workshops. We have set up a Long Distance Programe and Training Groups so students who live to far away from a Teacher can still learn. Our goal in our classes is to teach and develop "You" properly, and in the shortest time. If you're goal is just to learn to defend yourself, or you like to experience and learn the full traditional art, or maybe looking for a way to de stress, or even looking for a new hobby, then we have a programe ideal for you.
