2010

So the New Year is apon us and I wish all of you a wonderfull 2010 full of happiness and fun. To help get the classes up with a bang ! We be doing extra 20% cardio workout during the month
of Jan and first two weeks in Feb to help all the students get over the two weeks off, to help overcome to much drinking, eating turkey and watching tv. To help you get back into top form and get your personal training on track. So extra good silat training session for 2010!!!
