Guru Liam Chief Instructor of Urban Silat - Combat Kali has over 33 Years of experience in Combat and Traditional Martial Arts and is the only Irish person to gain the Guru Besar (Master Degree)in Silat. We teach the Complete Combat Aspects Internally & Physically covering Gayong Harimau Silat, Pukulan Cimande Silat & Valencia Lameco Eskrima. UPDATES

1) Filming and Post Production of Bela Diri 1 and Bela 2 of the syllabus will be completed and Dvds will be available to buy from end of April. Filming of Monjet aspects of Cimande will be film in May.
2) Memberships / Training Books will be available in April. Passport photos from all students will be required next month.
3) Our Online / Long Distance Programe will be available from 20th April, we are now Pre registering applicants for it, email guruliam@hotmail.com for details.

Our Goal

Our goal is the promotion and development of the South East Asian Arts not only in Ireland, but world wide. Our mission is to help keep these Arts alive, by helping to pass them on to a new generation. Over the past number of years we have set up a network where children can learn in our clubs and in public schools. Adult and Teenage have the opportunity, to not only train but to meet Masters at Seminars and Workshops. We have set up a Long Distance Programe and Training Groups so students who live to far away from a Teacher can still learn. Our goal in our classes is to teach and develop "You" properly, and in the shortest time. If you're goal is just to learn to defend yourself, or you like to experience and learn the full traditional art, or maybe looking for a way to de stress, or even looking for a new hobby, then we have a programe ideal for you. I have dedicated my life to learning silat and Kali Arts inside out, so no matter what problems, fear of difficulties you may have in training, I can help you overcome these and improve.
